During the summer of 2020 the Arthem Quartet was involved in the making of the movie soundtrack for Milou Gevers award winning short documentary "Waarom Bleef Je Niet Voor Mij". Since it's premiere on the 3rd of October the film has been reaping in awards and recognition both domestically and internationally.
In November the film won the VPRO Documentary awards 2020, then in December it was awarded both the KNF award and the NPO Wildcard Documentary Award at the Dutch Film Festival. Now it is nominated for the AHK Audience Prize in January 2021 and is officially the most watched documentary on NPO from 2020.
